Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

SHIPPING:

• Fast shipping within 3-5 days. You'll receive a tracking email once the order is shipped. 
• Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or due to unexpected courier delays.
• Shipping fees vary across cities & are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order. 

EXCHANGES: 

• Items need to be unworn with the tag & label attached. 
• DM us at @served.eg to request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
• Exchange fee is EGP 190 for Cairo. DM for rest of the cities.

REFUND: 

• You can try the items and refund them as long as the courier is at your doorstep.
• There's no refund for any reason if the courier left your place.
• You'll pay the shipping fees in case of refund/ order cancellation.
